How do I care for my mugs?

Treat your mugs well! All lilclaygrl ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe. All glazes are food safe. To ensure the longevity of your pieces, never allow your wares to soak in liquid for long periods of time. It is best to wash your piece promptly after use. Some glazes have a natural crackle on the surface so if you leave dark liquids (such as coffee, tea, or wine) to sit in your piece overnight this may stain the surface. A well loved mug will usually carry some discoloration over time. Wash before first use.

Do you take custom orders?

Currently I am not accepting custom orders.

How long will my order take to ship?

Items newly dropped that are listed under “Ready-to-Ship” will be shipped within one week after purchase. Items listed under “Pre-Order”, or pre-orders that are arranged directly with me are made to order and will typically take 6-8 weeks to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order goes out.
